Corporal Dan Shores presented to 6th grade about careers with the Conservation Department. In particular, they learned all about the job of being a conservation agent. In addition to learning about the cool equipment they use, they also learned Conservation Agents have all the rights of the police, and their work hours vary a lot.

Earlier this year, 7th grade had a career field trip to MariCorp. They got to see all of the many aspects that go into making the company successful. A few of the different career options in the company are sales and marketing, logistics, photography, drafting, human resources, and welding. The class was impressed with the many different types of careers that are available.
