Shell Knob School has a new 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Abby Graham! Mrs. Graham answered a few questions to help us get to know her better.
How long have you been in education? This will be my 10th year in education.
Why did you choose education? I just love kids
and love being able to be a small part of their day to day lives. Being able to help shape their curious little minds makes for such a great and rewarding career!
What is your highest degree? I earned my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Missouri State University and later my Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning, also from Missouri State. Go Bears!
What was your favorite subject in school? I always loved math and now my favorite subjects to teach are science and math!
What is your favorite way to spend your free time? I love spending time with my family and friends!
Do you have any pets? We have a dachshund named Wyatt and one outdoor cat named Bear.
Do you have any hobbies? I enjoy working out and shopping!
